自分もこれをメインに使用していますが非常に使いやすいツールです。
インストールはダウンロードしたTexTools_4.10.mzp を3dsMaxの画面にドロップすると自動でセットアップ画面が出てきますのでそれにしたがっていけば大丈夫です。
